I am a seasoned real estate broker with over 23 years of experience. Licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina, I assist clients from the coast to the mountains and beyond.
I take great pride in providing extraordinary service to both buyers and sellers. I greatly enjoy finding the perfect home for buyers, whether it’s their first property or tenth. When assisting sellers, I develop a strategy to achieve their goals in a realistic and timely manner, while negotiating the highest value and best terms for their home.
It’s extremely important to me that each client feels protected and represented at the highest level, no matter the price point. Real estate transactions can often be stressful and daunting, so my goal is to handle each one with confidence and integrity while advocating fiercely for my clients. I will go above and beyond to ensure that my clients receive unparalleled service.
I have served on the boards of multiple local non-profits and am an active volunteer in the community. I also donate a portion of each commission to a local charity. It’s important to me that I make a mark and leave a legacy.
I have lived in the Lake Norman area for over 25 years and also spend valuable time in the Asheville and Raleigh/Durham, NC areas. I am a member of both Canopy MLS (Charlotte and Asheville’s MLS) and Triangle MLS. I also can assist in all markets throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.
